How to use PVC Free Foam Board Cutter well?

More customers choose to use PVC Foam board cutter when they cutting the printed graphics or sheet, For machine will improve the working efficiency, reduce the labor cost.
About our PVC Free foam board cutter, We have some suggestions to our customers during the using.

1.About applications:
 
Right now, You can use our cutter for PVC Foam Board Cutting, Paper foam board cutting, Forex board cutting ,PP hollow board, Flex banner, Backlit film, Self adhesive vinyl, Tarpaulin, and so on.
Don’t try some high density materials on our cutter, like wooden board, Al sheet, ACP and so on.
Or your knife may broken during the cutting.
 
 
2. How to make the cutter running well.
 
 
2.1 Air Compressor Setting:
Ensure the air compressor in right condition.Generally, The pressure of air compressor should be in 2.5kgs. If the pressure is very small, The media may moving during the cutting, If the pressure is too big, May leave some makes on the materials.

2.2 Cutting Speed Setting:
Right cutting speed will keep the material have clear edge.
Generally, To some thick materials, We suggest to use 6500-7000 cutting speed.
But when you cut the transfer paper, You can use 12000 or more.
This is depend on the thickness and density of materials.
High density materials need less running speed.
 
2.3 Infrared Ray Adjustment.
The cutter use the infrared ray to mark the cutting position, In order to use the cutter well, need to adjust the infrared ray to get accurate cutting.

2.4 Position Ruler Adjustment:
During cutting the different sheet, can use the position ruler to improve the working efficiency.

Can adjust the cutting size by ruler.
2.5 Cutting Mad Adjustment:
When you find some parts couldn’t cut properly, Please move the cutting blade an cutting mad,Keep the blade cutting depth is same, If find some part is not deep enough,Can put a copy paper under the cutting mad, increase the cutting depth ,Ensure the cutting result.
 
Right setting and adjustment is the key for using the cutter well.
