1. What’s the applications of this cutter ?
Right,our roll slitter can use for flex banner cutting, Mesh banner cutting, Self adhesive vinyl cutting, transfer paper cutting, sublimation fabric cutting,canvas cutting.
Also, some customers are use our slitter for leather cutting, waterproof material cutting.
If you material is packed well and in regular circle, We are very happy to challenge.
2. What’s durable of your cutter?
The only consumables on is cutter is Rotary Knife.
For the rotary knife is made by Tungsten Steel. So, the durable time is very long.
Even, the knife is not sharp enough ,Still can polish and use again.
3. Why your cutter don’t have legs, Likes very weak.
The base frame of our cutter is very strong.
Some roll material is very heavy ,Without legs, Will make operator put the material on the machine easily.
4. What’s the different between XS-160 & DS-320 ?
DS-320 & XS-160 are two roll slitter from our company.
Generally, DS-320 is for big roll, XS-160 is for small roll. In order make our customer clearly, We make a form for you .

5. What’s the packing of this machine ?
Our Packing is using fumigation wooden box.
6. Do you have 110V Version for South America market ?
Yes, 110v single phase is available. Generally,we have 220V Single phase, and 380 three phase.
7. Which parts is easy to broken which I can keep some spare parts when i order the cutter .
Blade is the only consumable for our machine.If you wanted, can keep one blade as spare.
